Here is What Our Customers Are Saying

Where Is It?

Jay Oklahoma -
45 Minutes from Bentonville
1 Hour 20 Min from Tulsa
42162 OK-127, Jay, OK 74346

Out in Jay Oklahoma, there’s a magical place specially designed for the kind of offroad shenanigans that make gearheads smile ear-to-ear.

Jay, Oklahoma isn’t flatland and it isn’t mountain – it’s uniquely located at the wild, untamed edge of the Ozark Plateau, where soft rolling hills erupt into forested ridges.

Here the dense oak-hickory woods gradually give way to the open tallgrass prairies, resulting in a blend of forested bluffs and rock outcroppings… Makes for some of the most AMAZING offroad terrain in the entire country (if not the world!)

All You Can Eat

You get all-you-can-eat meals at the on-site restaurant.

Hot coffee in the morning, cold drinks at night, and maybe a shot of something stronger when the sun dips. It’s an all-inclusive experience.

FAQ image

Two Full-Size Pools

Crystal clear, cannonball-approved, and big enough for your whole crew to cool off. Stretch out, splash around, or just float like a lizard on vacation.

FAQ image

The Lazy River

All the serenity of tubing down a real river – none of the leeches. Hop in, kick back, and let the current carry you while someone else handles the chaos for a while.

FAQ image

The Playground & Splash Pad

Where kids go to blow off steam and parents go to not be asked 47 questions per hour. Slides, sprayers, and giggles at max volume. You won’t hear the words “I’m bored.”

FAQ image

RC Car Tracks & RC Boats (Free to Borrow)

Tiny machines, big fun. Send an RC car flying off a jump or pilot a mini speedboat on our pond. No batteries to buy. No tech to troubleshoot. Just pure, grinning chaos.

FAQ image

Shaded Cabanas with Cold Drinks & Nowhere to Be

This is your official “permission to do nothing” zone. Kick back in the shade, sip something cold, and let the day happen around you. Hammock vibes, minus the awkward ungraceful exit.

It’s essentially a resort… For people who don’t like resorts. All the same amenities, but infinitely more enjoyment.

You're going to have a blast out here at

America's outdoor adventure park

(AOA Park for short)

Here's Your Itinerary.

DAY 01 - Arrival, Orientation First Afternoon Ride

Land and load up in our private shuttle. Soon you’re rolling through the front gate of the park, and the team hands you the keys to your cabin, a trail map, and a key fob. “Side by side’s gassed up, sitting next to your cabin!” Enjoy our buffet after an afternoon of riding.

FAQ image

DAY 02 - Ride Everything. Have A Blast. Then Do It Again.

Up early, out fast. The air’s cool, the throttle’s warm, and every turn feels better. Tracks, trails, climbs – you hit them all. Midday, you float the lazy river while the kids race RC boats. Then it’s back to the trails for round two. Sunset hits. Brisket at the buffet.

FAQ image

DAY 03 - Enjoy Your Final Ride, Then Say Goodbye

One last lap. One last ridge. One last cloud of dust in your wake. You drive like every lap is a victory lap – because it is. You came here to ride, unwind, and reconnect. You nailed all three. Back in the shuttle, boots kicked up, the only thing sore is your face from smiling. Surely you’ll be back next year?

No Other Offroad Park Has This…

Race Tracks, Endless Trails, And Tons Of Fun

Drag Strip

Zero to “holy crap” in a straight line. No turns, no brakes, no excuses. Just grip, rip, and let your right foot do the talking.

✔ Perfect for first-timers and power junkies

✔ Run it solo or line up with friends and race

✔ Where you settle arguments about who’s faster

FAQ image

Crazy Figure 8

Double loops, double trouble. Tame enough for a first-timer, twisty enough for a tune-up. Smooth drivers win. Cocky drivers spin.

✔ Cross-path track with intersecting loop

✔ Built for quick turns and tight control

✔ Requires rhythm, nerve, and quick hands

FAQ image

Short Course

Tame but not boring. A soft intro with just enough spice to get your tires warmed up and your confidence growing lap by lap.

✔ Wide turns and smooth terrain

✔ Designed for comfort and control

✔ Ideal for first-time SXS drivers

✔ Helps you learn throttle, braking, and steering finesse

✔ Zero pressure, just fun at your own pace

FAQ image

Climbing Hills

A steep, jagged climb that dares you to try - and laughs when you fail. Loose dirt, off-camber angles, and ledges just high enough. Most people don’t make it up the first time. That’s the point!

✔ Steep, technical, unforgiving

✔ May show you why your SXS has a roll-cage & how it works

✔ Not built for beginners

✔ Rewards guts, line choice, and sheer stubbornness

✔ Be careful, but have fun!

FAQ image

RC Car track

This is not a toy. The RC track looks innocent - right up until you send your rig flying off a jump, tumble it mid-air, and scream like a girl.

Perfect for kids. Addicting for grown men. Warning: competitiveness may scale inversely with vehicle size.

✔ Jumps, berms, and total chaos

✔ Free to borrow - we provide everything you need

✔ Designed for maximum mayhem

✔ Great for downtime

✔ Trash talk and fierce competition

FAQ image

RC Boat Pond

Tiny boats. Big drama. Our RC boat pond turns grown men into wannabe naval captains faster than you can say “full rudder.”

Drift across the glassy water or crash spectacularly into a patch of moss. It’s peaceful. It’s competitive. It’s weirdly emotional.

✔ Smooth water, sharp turns

✔ Free-to-borrow boats

✔ Live out your naval fantasies, seaman

✔ Like Top Gun, but wetter

✔ Ideal for relaxing after a ride

FAQ image

Pit Bike Track

Tiny track. Huge laughs. Jumps, berms, and turns packed tight for fast-paced fun. Bring your own pit bike or let us know in advance if you NEED to ride (and we'll try to find you one.)

✔ Mini-track made for small machines

✔ Quick jumps, playful turns, big replay value

✔ Kid-friendly, fun enough for adults

✔ Low speed, low risk, high grin factor

FAQ image

Plus… Miles of Trail Rides

Smooth forest paths for cruising, rocky climbs for crawling, fast stretches for hair-raising maneuvers. Whether you want to cruise or fight the terrain, we’ve got your flavor.

✔ Dozens of trails winding across 100s of acres

✔ Mix of wide cruisers, tight woods, rocky climbs, and fast flats

✔ Choose your mood: chill loops or technical turns

Perfect for solo rides, couples cruising, or family-friendly exploration

But Hurry!

2025 Slots Are Already Filling Up.

To be honest… We didn’t expect this travel package to take off this fast!

Turns out, people really want to trade in their boring beach vacation for the chance to shred 100s acres of off-road paradise in a private Polaris – with all food included, and their family taken care of…

As a result, we’ve had people fly in from both coasts, including Florida and California, to take advantage of this package.

Here’s the deal:

We’ve reserved a certain number of cabins and machines each weekend for people who buy this package, but once they fill up, that weekend gets blacked out.

That’s why now is the time to lock in your spot. Not in a fake countdown timer kind of way. In a “someone from Texas literally just booked the weekend you were eyeballing” kind of way.

If you’re interested, like most everybody who clicks on this page, you gotta hurry to make sure you get the weekend you want! Thanks, we’ll talk to you soon!

Frequently Asked Questions

A fully-loaded, no-stress, high-octane, three-day off-road vacation.

You get:

✔ A private cabin with king beds, linens, A/C, and either a stocked kitchenette or full kitchen

✔ Your own Polaris or Honda SXS for the entire trip – all yours

✔ Access to our lazy river, full-size pool, RC tracks, splash pad

Is The Park Family-Friendly?

Yes, it is. There is a pool, a splash pad, and a playground. But for the maximum amount of fun, we recommend bringing kids who are old enough to ride in your SXS with you.

A few other things your crew can do:

✔ Competing with RC boats and cars

✔ Splashing in the pool or relaxing in a cabana

✔ Enjoying all the same meals, snacks, and chill vibes as you

✔ No one’s left sitting on a bench waiting. Everyone plays.

What if I’ve never driven an SXS before?

Perfect. This is the best way to start.

We’ll give you a quick walkthrough and show you where our beginner tracks are.

Don’t worry – you’ll get comfortable in minutes, and addicted not long after!

We've hosted total beginners, long-time trail riders, and everything in between.

The tracks are tiered by skill level, so you can work your way up to “mildly terrifying in the best way.”

What happens if it rains?

Then it’s even more fun!

We don’t shut down for a little weather. And don’t worry – your cabin stays bone dry, cozy, and ready with hot showers and cold drinks whenever you need!

Where is the park located?

We’re smack dab between Bentonville, AR and Tulsa, OK – 20 minutes from Grand Lake. It’s remote enough to feel like freedom, but close enough to reach easily by car or airport shuttle. Once you're here, you won’t need to leave for anything.

How far is it from the airport?

Just over an hour from either Tulsa International (TUL) or Northwest Arkansas National (XNA). And yes – we can arrange to come pick you up (and drop you off) with our shuttle if you need it. No need for rental cars and all the stress that comes with it.

Do I need to bring gear?

Nope! Just bring some clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and a healthy appetite for speed, food, and fun. (Boots help, but sneakers work. You do you.)

How many people can I bring?

Our cabins are designed for max flexibility. Some sleep two couples, others fit full families of four or five. If you’ve got a bigger group, let us know – we’ll pair cabins side-by-side or get you into a bunkhouse setup. Just tell us your headcount and we’ll handle the rest.

What’s the food like?

Southern-comfort-meets-trail-fuel. BBQ, fried catfish, 12oz Ribeye for dinner on Saturday, hearty breakfasts, cold drinks, fresh sides – and seconds (and thirds) are always available. It’s buffet style, but upscale. And 100% included in your vacation!

What’s the check-in/check-out process like?

Quick and painless. We prepare everything before you arrive, so when you pull in, you’re being shown to your cabin and being handed keys for your SXS. When it’s time to leave (sigh), just toss us the keys and some high-fives. We’ll take care of the rest.

What if I just want a chill weekend without going full throttle the whole time?

You don't have to go anywhere, or do anything.

You can cruise scenic trails at your own pace, float in the pool if you want, even hang back at the cabin with a cold drink, or enjoy cigars and good conversation at the speakeasy lounge (coming September 2025).

This place is about doing whatever resets you – whether that’s high-speed dust clouds or a nap in a cabana while the sun sets.

We gotchu!
