Step 1 of 37
Before we take your time, here is what the seat actually is.
You would sell corporate buyouts of our property in northeast Oklahoma. One company takes the whole resort for two, three or four nights. Teams of about 40 to 57, each with their own cabin and private bath. Up to about 100 with partners. Every meal, every activity, every guide. One number.
The price is published on our corporate site before anyone gets on a call. The leads are inbound. Our own marketing brings them in, a survey qualifies the company, and the call arrives booked on your calendar. You would close it one-on-one over the phone. You would talk to the person inside the company who owns the offsite, and to the committee behind them. You would be a W-2 employee with a base salary of $100,000. On top of that, commission on total contract value: 2% on the first $1.5M you book in a year, and 4% on everything above it. There is no cap on what that adds up to.
This application runs about twelve minutes, in two parts. The first is about you and how you work. The second is about what you have sold. Several questions will end the application early if the seat is not a fit. That is a kindness in minute two rather than in week three.
