The pay

6 to 8% of cash collected. Modeled OTE tiers: about $70,000 a year at the floor, about $144,000 at target, about $202,000 for an A-player.

You sell whole-property buyouts of the entire all-inclusive resort to companies, one contract and one number. The leads come to you booked and qualified from our own marketing, and the price is published on the page before the call. Your job is the room, the walkthrough and the close.

The pay

$100,000 base salary plus up to 4% of contract value. A modeled $300,000 at the top end. The rate tops out at 4%. What you earn on it does not.
